When can I expect to receive my order?
Typically, order processing takes between 3 and 7 days, followed by shipping. The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Will customs charges be applied to my order?
International orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees, which are determined by your local customs office and beyond our control. Customs policies differ significantly from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office directly to inquire about any duties and taxes that may apply to your purchases.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@nature-next.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you have any questions regarding your shipment or tracking, feel free to contact us at support@nature-next.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We apologize if the product you received is damaged. To expedite the resolution process, please email us at support@nature-next.com within one week of receiving the item. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any additional order details. We will respond promptly with a solution.
What’s your return & refund policy?
We offer refunds & returns for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If you encounter either of these issues, please reach out to us at support@nature-next.com with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we will address the situation for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
Currently, we do not provide exchanges. To determine the best fit, refer to our sizing charts available in the product description section for each item in our store. In rare instances, an item may be mislabeled. If this occurs, please contact us at support@nature-next.com within one week of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I cancel or return my order from Nature Next?
Due to the custom nature of our order fulfilment process, the typical Right of Withdrawal, which allows customers to cancel a purchase within a certain period, does not apply to purchases made on Nature Next. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged as each item is uniquely created on a per-order basis. We kindly ask our customers to review their chosen items, design preferences, and sizes thoroughly before finalizing their orders.
